SKILCRAFT® Gate Valve Lockout is designed to cover and secure valve handles from being operated and releasing dangerous pressure. Lockout is high visible red and fits 2.5" - 5" valves and is designed to accommodate 3 padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" diameter. Lockout is made from heavy-duty polycarbonate.  Lockout measures 1-3/4"H x 5-3/4" diameter. Made in the USA.
