Stub features room to record the name, time and job title of the worker and serial number. Stub has a reinforced grommet to hold the worker's key. Stub is removable when the tag is attached to a lockout point. Only the employee in possession of the stub is able to remove the tag. After the job is complete, the stub can be returned to management for record-keeping. Tag measures 7"L x 3"W. PK = 10 tags.
